We’re launching the Creator Portal, a hub where creators can monetize their Breakdance skills in multiple ways. If you’re a developer, designer, content creator, writer, or just want to make money sharing Breakdance with your audience, keep reading and learn all about the different ways you can do just that.

The New Breakdance Add-Ons Marketplace

For the first time, developers and creators can list their Breakdance add-ons in one central marketplace. You can submit any Breakdance add-on, be that built with standard WordPress development methods or via our powerful Element Studio.

Listing is free. You set your own price, and during beta you process payments on your site and keep 100% of every sale. Eventually, we’ll introduce a marketplace fee and handle payment processing directly, but creators will still earn significantly.

Breakdance will actively promote the marketplace via website, email, social media, ad campaigns, and our extensive partner network, driving real traffic and buyers to your portfolio.

Create Add-Ons with Element Studio

Element Studio is the integrated developer IDE within Breakdance. It streamlines how coders and technical creators build custom elements for Breakdance, using HTML, CSS, and Twig, all directly inside the builder’s interface, without needing React or external build tools. You can even open and remix built-in elements, generate PHP automatically, ship advanced add-ons, and then list them in the new add-ons marketplace.

Sell Design Templates and Get Featured

Our Templates Marketplace has been live for a while, and creators are already making sales. We’ve now redesigned the marketplace and published improved quality standards to make sure the best work gets discovered and make it easier for buyers to find templates they can trust and rely on.

Our updated standards champion templates that instantly reflect site-wide branding through a proper use of Global Styles, maintain excellent visual consistency, load fast across devices, and ensure accessibility for everyone. When your template is easy to customize, well-documented, and polished from design and element structure to user experience, it doesn’t just pass review, it’s more likely to be featured and promoted, so customers know they’re getting quality they can trust.
